I had the misfortune of needing two completely separate service calls in one day. I’m glad I called Shrewsbury Plumbing and Heating for both. First one was a DIY gone wrong, I broke off a 50-year old shower arm trying to replace it. Don came and, after first trying to remove the broken-off piece, ended up replacing the piping in the wall. Very professional and got the job done quickly. He also installed the new shower arm and head, tested it and good to go. An hour later I find that my heat pump’s condensate line was leaking profusely in the basement. Another call got Randy to my house later that afternoon, and he quickly cleaned the drain line and some other part that I can’t remember, good to go. Again very professional and efficient.
